Shipping & Logistics
Wudengberg ships wholesale and project orders worldwide. Every shipment is executed on the Incoterms agreed in your Proforma Invoice (PI), and every consignment is tracked from production through to arrival.
Shipping terms
Freight is arranged according to the Incoterms confirmed in your PI — typically EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Freight cost, insurance and the point at which risk transfers are set out per shipment and quoted before your order is confirmed. We do not operate a fixed retail shipping rate card.
Production lead time
Lead times are counted from receipt of your deposit and final sample sign-off — not from the date of enquiry:
- Standard / stock-supported orders: 20–30 business days.
- Custom OEM orders: 30–45 business days.
Transit time
Production lead times do not include transit time by sea, air or rail. Transit depends on the port pair and the service booked. We confirm the booking, the estimated departure and the estimated arrival together with your shipping documents.
Documentation and tracking
Shipping documents — commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, and any certificate of origin required for your destination — are issued to the contact named on your Purchase Order. Tracking details are shared as soon as the carrier releases them.
Force majeure
We are not liable for production or shipping delays resulting from acts of God, port congestion, customs holds, raw material shortages or labour strikes.
